Privacy

What we collect

• Your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google or Apple.
• The teams you pick, your weekly amount, your charity, and that you confirmed you're 21 or older.
• The ledger of your tickets and the charity gifts made in Heartbreak Hedge's name.
• Sign-in records: when you signed in, and the IP address and browser your session came from, so we can keep your account secure.

We don't collect payment details during the pilot. Deposits aren't open yet.

How we use it

• To create your account, sign you in and show your account page.
• To send you sign-in links and pilot updates by email.
• To record tickets and the gifts we make to your charity.

We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't share it with sportsbooks or data brokers.

Who helps us run it

• Vercel hosts the site.
• Supabase stores the account database.
• Resend sends our email.
• Google and Apple handle sign-in if you choose them. They share your name, email and picture with us.

Each handles your data only to provide its service to us.

Your choices

You can update your teams, amount and charity on your account page at any time. To get a copy of your data or have your account deleted, email hello@heartbreakhedge.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.

We keep your data while your account is open and delete it when you ask us to.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and email you about anything significant.
